Grand Cafe - French Restaurant open from breakfast time through dinner time Buffet at breakfast, French course and sometimes buffet are prepared at dinner time. Tennoz - Japanese Teppanyaki Restaurant open at lunch time and dinner time only. 28th floor ocean and bay view. Very good quality Japanese beef are prepared Reasonable set are prepared at lunch time Sea Fort Club - Desert Viking at lunch time. Bar at night time. Very delicate view at ocean bay side guaranteed at 28th floor especially at night time.

Imperial Palace is 20 minutes by monorail and JR train. Asakusa temple is 35 minutes by monorail and subway. Ginza District is 15 minutes by monorail and JR train. Tsukiji fish market is 20 minutes by monorail and subway. Makuhari is 35 minutes by Rinkai Line and JR train.
