All the gastronomy of the HOTEL CONDES DE BARCELONA ****, breakfasts business lunches banquets of wedding is advised and supervised by Martin Berasategui and his team. The gastronomic /Lasarte Restaurant / was opened in January 2006 and in its first 10 months has already been awarded its firststar in the Michelin Guide. It seats only 35 diners an ideal number forpresenting Martin s high-voltage gastronomic cuisine that balances products and cooking methods. Lasarte s menu offers a careful selection of Martin Berasategui s star dishes and a symbiosis of the materials and flavours of his region with those belonging to Catalan cuisine. Open Tuesday to Saturday-from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm and from 8.30 pm to 11 pm. In January 2007 the hotel presented a new gastronomic area /Loidi /, based on the philosophy of an informal affordable restaurant presents the famous /Martin Berasategui set menu /. Designed as a bistro and open all week Loidi offers a different set menu every day consisting of four courses (entree, fish, meat and dessert).
